<P class=contentfont><FONT size=4><FONT color=#4455a6>嫩茄子500克,香菜15克,蒜、米醋、白糖、香油、醬油、味精、精鹽、花椒各適量。<BR>&nbsp;<WBR>&nbsp;<WBR>&nbsp;<WBR>&nbsp;<WBR></FONT></FONT></P>
<P class=contentfont><FONT size=4><FONT color=#4455a6>  做法:</FONT></FONT></P>

<P class=contentfont><FONT size=4><FONT color=#4455a6>茄子洗淨削皮,切成小片,放入碗內,撒上少許鹽,再投入涼水中,泡去茄褐色,撈出放蒸鍋內蒸熟,取出晾涼;</FONT></FONT></P>
<P class=contentfont><FONT size=4><FONT color=#4455a6>蒜搗末;將炒鍋置於火上燒熱,加入香油,下花椒炸出香味後,連油一同倒入小碗內,加入醬油、白糖、米醋、精鹽、味精、蒜末,調成汁,澆在茄片上;</FONT></FONT></P>
